Security and privacy
Ideate will not ask for your password.
Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, recovery phrases, private credentials, production secrets, or highly sensitive files. If diagnostic files are needed, support will ask for the specific details and explain how to limit sensitive content first.

We aim to respond as soon as practical, but response times may vary.
